Types of Meditation (Part 1) - Tratak
Tratak is a type of meditation in which the individual gazes on a small point of the object.This type of meditation is very useful and it is very easy to do.You will benefit in Tratak which you get in simple meditation.When any person focuses on a point of a small point of object then that person sees that point with focus and then magic happens.
Types of Tratak Meditation.
1)Jyoti Tratak
2)Bindu Tratak
3)Surya Tratak
Techniques
For Jyoti Tratak-
1)You need a flame.
2) Distance of flame to your eyes should be 2-4 feet, in front of your eyes.
3)Keep your spine straight.
4) Start gazing flame.
5)After sometime you will get tears in your eyes.
6)Then close your eyes, relax for sometime and then again start gazing.
For Bindu Tratak-
1)Keep a white paper.
2)Mark a dot in middle of paper with black pen.
3) Hang that paper and keep you distance of your eyes 2-4 feet away to white paper.
4)Keep gazing that point.
5)That point will vanish sometimes but you need to keep gazing.
6)When tears appear in your eyes then close your eyes , relax and then start again.
For Surya Tratak-
1)You should do this in morning or in evening.
2) Start gazing Sun.
3)When tears appear in in your eyes then close your eyes.
4)Then start again.
There are many other types of Tratak I will tell those methods later.
This is very simple type of meditation and also very funfull.
Benefits of Tratak is same as Simple meditation but this is better for developing psychic powers and opening third eye than simple meditation.
